Requirements:

Passport with minimum 6 (six) months validity.

Filled-in application form that could be accessed in this link https://www.visa.gov.bd

Three recent colored photographs with white background (size: 45mm X 35mm).

Note Verbale from Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Copy of KTP, KK, Passport and Kitas (for foreigners)

Remarks:

The Concerned visa issuing authority will issue visa for the required duration with number of entries following diplomatic courtesies Examining the Note Verbale/Concerned documents for the purpose of visit. If extension is necessary, concern Embassy will apply through Ministry of Foreign Affairs/Department of Immigration and Passport may extend multiple entry visa for the required period
