(Crew engaged in international routes of air/shipping/other transport services)

Purpose of visit: On professional duties

Requirements: 

• Passport with minimum 6 (six) months validity.
• Filled-in application form that could be accessed in this link https://www.visa.gov.bd
• Three recent colored photographs with white background (size: 45mm X 35mm).
• Recommendation letter from the concerned institution
• Proof of Return air ticket
• Bank statement.
• Company bank statement with minimum amount IDR 20 million
• Guarantee letter from the employer, if employed or organization (if service).
• Copy of KTP, KK, Passport and Kitas (for foreigner).
• Company profile.
• Vaccination certificate.

Remarks:

• On recommendation of the employer the concerned issuing authority may issue multiple entry visa for maximum three years for each stay not exceeding 1 (one) month for shipping crews and 7 (seven) days for other crews.

If extension is necessary the Passport and Immigration Directorate may, on recommendation from the competent authority and as per need, extend the duration of visa up to another three years with multiple entry under the same conditions
